Mr. B N Sritham an ex-student of BBA from GRV Business Management Academy from the academic year 2015-18, has been chosen as our next Alumni success story for all the achievements he has had till now.
A boy with lot of dreams and little hesitation had joined GRVBMA with lot of hopes to makes his dream come true, but scared to present himself in public, was able to successfully eliminate all the hurdles which hampered his growth, through the help of the platform provided by GRVBMA. He gained so much confidence and knowledge throughout his academic journey that, he today was able to mold himself to a successful "Business Development Manager".
This simple and well-behaved individual was talented to organize the cultural events during his graduation in GRVBMA, amazing convincing capacity had made him to excel in his career. He says that students have to utilize the college life and the learning in an effective manner, which can take them to miles of success.
Sritham says that most of the lecturers in GRVBMA supported him in everything he did or took up. That support, confidence and guidance have helped him to handle any business issues and personal issues easily. After his education in GRVBMA, Sritham started his corporate journey at Reethis Digital Media Pvt Ltd from July 2015 to May 2018, he served as a part-time Business Development Executive. Seeking broader horizons, he transitioned to Asian Paints Ltd in September 2018, where he worked as an Associate until November 2021. The motivation behind this move was to secure a higher position and grow professionally. Sritham's journey led him to NCL Buildtek Ltd, where he held the position of Officer - Sales & Marketing from November 2021 to September 2022, driven by the pursuit of enhanced growth and a more elevated role. Currently, since October 2022, Sritham has been engaged with MRF Corp Ltd as an Manager - Business Development, overseeing a dedicated team and managing a larger territory. This role aligns seamlessly with his long-term aspirations, offering extensive geographical reach and promising avenues for professional advancement.
Sritham says that self-confidence and aspiration to learn and accept challenges will never let an individual down in their life's journey. Sritham has made GRVBMA truly proud with all his achievements. GRVBMA wishes him all the success in his future endeavors.
