Ensure a culture of integrity, accountability, and professionalism across the institution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Chairperson (Senior Faculty/Director):
- Lead the committee and oversee its activities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and legal frameworks.
- Faculty Members:
- Assist in investigating complaints and implementing resolutions.
- Act as mentors for creating awareness and promoting a safe campus culture.
- Administrative Representative:
- Maintain records of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
- Ensure dissemination of information related to compliance policies.
- External Member (Legal or Social Expert):
- Provide expertise on legal or ethical matters during investigations and resolutions.
- Ensure the committee operates within the framework of relevant laws and regulations.
- Student Representatives:
- Represent student concerns and act as liaisons between the student body and the committee.
- Assist in organizing awareness activities.
