Richard Alex, a proud alumnus of GRV BMA, where he pursued a BBA degree. His journey through college was marked by a strong passion for the technical side of things, which led him to take on the challenge of balancing his coursework with additional technical certifications. During his time at GRV BMA, wherein he enrolled in Cisco Certifications while continuing his BBA studies, managing to excel in both areas simultaneously.

Upon graduating, he embarked on his professional career by joining iBUS Technologies, a prominent ISP Company, as a NOC (Network Operations Centre) Engineer. His dedication and commitment to work quickly paid off. He was recognized for his efforts and contributions, earning a promotion to lead at CRM (Customer Relationship Management) within a short span. During this period, he was also honoured with three spot awards in just 1.3 years, a testament to his hard work and drive for excellence.

His journey didn't stop there. With continued perseverance and focus, he regained promotion to the role of Project Service Delivery Manager. In this position, he has been able to leverage both his technical expertise and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes and contribute to the growth of the organization.

He would like to take this opportunity to express his heartfelt gratitude to friends who continuously inspired him throughout this journey and to his teachers at GRV BMA who played a pivotal role in shaping academic and professional path. Their guidance and support have been instrumental in his achievements, and remain deeply thankful for the impact they had on his life. His story is a testament to the power of determination, hard work, and the unwavering support of a strong community. He looks forward to continue his journey, taking on new challenges, and achieving even greater milestones in the future.
