A Workshop on Road Safety Awareness was conducted by Geek Technologies in association with MASH Foundation and Bangalore Traffic Management Department at GRV BMA on 22-03-2018. MASH Foundation is a youth-led non-profit organization that fosters social entrepreneurship and leadership among young people.

The trainer for the session was Ms. Sammaira Shaikh, who trained our students to handle minor causalities, along with some activities like quizzing, group discussions, and questionnaires. It was an interactive session where students were asked to demonstrate a skit on road accidents and come up with suitable solutions. Our students actively participated and they were encouraged to follow the road safety measures.

Lastly, the students had to take selfies and upload their photos to Facebook along with a "#Make Roads Safer" with a caption on awareness of road safety. The best caption was selected immediately by their technical support team. Two of our students Irshad Khan of 2nd Semester B.Com and Shritam of 6th Semester BBA won the prize and were felicitated with a momentum.
