A blood camp and health check-up camp were organized in GRV BMA on 7th July 2022 at 10:00 AM as a part of the student awareness and social service programme. Health check-up camps such as diabetes, blood pressure, eye check-up, and blood tests were organized.

A blood donation camp was organized by Mediscope Blood Bank. Most of the students from GRV BMA actively took part in donating their blood. Students from all the departments donated blood and contributed to social service. A lot of lecturers from GRV BMA as well as GRV PU college also donated blood. After the blood was donated, the donors were made to rest for some time and fruit juice was provided to ensure that no one felt exhausted.

There was a health check-up camp organized by the same blood bank in which they conducted diabetes check-ups, blood pressure, and general blood tests. All the lecturers of GRV BMA got themselves all these three tests done and received information about their blood group and other deficiencies in their blood.

Divyadrishti Eye Hospital had organized a free eye check-up camp where most of the students, lecturers, and non-teaching faculties got themselves tested and had themselves prescribed the recommended medications and spectacles.

The whole camp took place till 2:00 PM and it was volunteered by the final year students. All the students actively took part in giving blood thereby serving the society and had a lot of awareness about blood donation and other health benefits it possesses. The students were even guided about their health and reports were provided regarding their health conditions.
