On the 31st of May, 2024, the GRV Business Management Academy organized a Mega Drive event in collaboration with Magic Bus. The purpose of the event was to facilitate employment opportunities for the youth while also promoting social responsibility and community engagement. The primary objective of the Mega Drive was to bridge the gap between job seekers and potential employers. Additionally, it aimed to empower young individuals by providing them with access to various career opportunities, workshops, and skill-building sessions.

The event featured a job fair where numerous companies from various industries like TCT Hiring, First Source, V5 Global Pvt Ltd, Rinex Technologies, Child Support Foundation, Vibrant Tech Solutions, Quess Corp, Paytm, MuthootFinance, HDB Financial Services, Bandhan Bank, Rupeek, Star Health and NetM Corporate Solutions set up booths to recruit new talent. Job seekers had the opportunity to interact with recruiters, submit resumes, and participate in preliminary interviews. Several interview were conducted throughout the day focusing on enhancing essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and leadership. These interviews aimed to equip attendees with the necessary tools to succeed in their careers. Attendees were encouraged to network with industry professionals, fellow job seekers, and representatives from partnering organizations. Networking sessions provided a platform for individuals to expand their professional contacts and explore potential career paths. The event exemplified the importance of collaboration between academies. Creating meaningful impact and empowering the youth for a brighter future.
