During the voting pledge session at GRV Business Management Academy College, the initiative aimed to instill civic responsibility among students. Pledges, distributed both electronically and in-person, emphasized the importance of voting. The campaign included informative sessions, distributing electronic and physical pledges, and collaboration with student organizations to promote voter registration. Positive outcomes emerged, with a notable increase in awareness about the significance of voting and a significant percentage of students actively pledging to vote in upcoming elections. The collaborative engagement with student organizations enhanced reach and engagement.

In a collective effort, all faculties and students actively participated in taking the pledge, emphasizing their commitment to the democratic process through voting.
