Behavioral Science - Knowing why we do the things we do!

Objective of the workshop was to help understand the principles and how to apply Behavioral Science in real world scenarios. Understanding how to use Behavioral Interventions helps organizations to change behavior, increase sales, improve perception, retain talent and grow profitably!

Overview of Behavioral Science, Behavioral Economics & Behavioral Design:

• Types of biases that can affect our thinking, our decision making, our behavior - and consequently our actions and their outcomes.
• How to leverage this knowledge to design interventions to modify behavior. The session included slides, images and real world examples.

At the end of the session, students were assigned a task (in groups) where they will be encouraged to apply these learning's to create interventions for meeting Unsustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) using Behavioral Science.
