GRV Business Management Academy has taken a significant step towards fostering youth leadership and professional development by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Young Indians (YI) on February 20, 2025. This Collaboration aims to provide students with valuable learning opportunities industry insights and mentorship through various initiatives. As part of this collaboration, Young Indians organized the YUVA Orientation program on March 7, 2025 at GRV Business Management Academy.
The session was led by Ms. Jaya Bhavya, a seasoned HR Professional with 14 years of experience. She has played a vital role in assisting companies with their transformation and expansion, working across mid-sized enterprises and startups. During the session, Ms. Jaya Bhavya engaged with students discussing various opportunities for skill development, networking and industry exposure. The session highlighted Yi's initiatives in areas such as leadership development, innovation and networking.
The YUVA Orientation Seminar 2025, conducted by Young Indians (Yi) in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), was focused on empowering youth leadership, developing skills, and instilling social responsibility among students. The seminar showcased different initiatives and projects implemented by Yi to create the future of Young Indians. The seminar focused on empowering youth leadership, creating responsible youth, and providing a voice to young India through skill development and training.
The structure of the student body consists of YUVA Chair, Co-Chair and Nodal Officers with a concentration on different areas like accessibility, climate change and entrepreneurship. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where students expressed their enthusiasm for participating in Yi's initiatives. Both organizations look forward to a productive collaboration that will empower students and contribute to their professional growth. The program formally ended with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, faculty members, and students. As a mark of unity and national pride, the event concluded with the National Anthem.
